Frames and supports in 15th and 16th-century Southern Netherlandish painting

Purchased in 1899 from the Bligny Collection, Paris. Bibliography: De Coo 1966, 48-49. Integral frame. Reverse painted with a yellowish marbling. The polychromy is original: gold on the moulding and black-red marbling on the flat outer border.
