Bâtie au XVIe siècle, probablement en 1524, année de sa fondation par Colienne de la Neuveforge, selon un plan rectangulaire, elle fut restaurée dans le courant du XVIIIe siècle (notamment au niveau des baies qui furent renouvelées). Un plafond en bois peint au XVIIe siècle couvre le volume intérieur tandis qu'un toit à deux pentes accentuées portant des ardoises comme le clocheton ouest, protège l'extérieur réalisé en moellons.
